We have had a busy start to the session. In Numeracy, we have been learning to multiply and divide by 10, 100 and 1000. This can help with converting units of measure.

On Fridays we have enjoyed a variety of Outdoor Learning experiences including scavenger hunts, map reading and working with loose parts.

In RME, we have been finding out about all the traditions associated with the Jewish festival of Purim.

Our topic is ‘Endangered Animals’. We researched an endangered animal of our choice, investigating why it has become endangered and what can be done to help save the species.

For those who attended the open afternoon, we hope you enjoyed the K’nex challenge. It was so much fun.

Thank you to Natalie and her colleagues from Kilmarnock College for hosting a fabulous CSI activity. The activities included examining fingerprints, DNA and looking at footprints.
