Welcome to the Play Zone<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The Play Zone is a purposeful play based learning environment for children in the Early stages of Primary School. Play is an important, powerful vehicle for learning, enabling children to explore, experiment and make sense of the world around them.<\/p>\n

A note form our Head Teacher<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

“The staff are very creative in Corsehill. They have been very creative in how they utilise the areas we have in school. They have established the Play Zone as a motivating environment for high quality learning and teaching. The Play Zone gives children opportunities to have fun and exciting learning experiences through play.” – Mrs Collins<\/p>\n

What our pupils say<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

We have a skills tree and a choosing board to see what jobs we need to do.<\/em><\/p>\n

I like that we get to make weights. We have to work together to do challenges. We get to use the laptops \u2013 that\u2019s technology!<\/em><\/p>\n

We play games to make our brains work hard. We get to do dancing too.<\/em><\/p>\n

We get to read stories and books about our topics.<\/em><\/p>\n
