Corrie School is at the north end of the village next to the church, on the coast road towards Sannox.
Corrie School is an old Victorian building built of sandstone bricks and a slate roof. It is beautiful.
When you come inside Corrie School you walk into a small reception hall where you will see information boards showing the children and staff. You then walk into a large hall with a really high ceiling, big windows and creative displays. We have PE in the hall sometimes and assemblies. The next room you walk into is our classroom, P1 to P3 are all taught in the same room on different tables.
The classroom leads into the P4 to P7 classroom & where our library is and we can choose our Accelerated Reading books. This used to be part of the School House and there is a glass corridor which leads through to the Early Years Classroom.
