Stage 3: Working Rite successfully places trainees aged 16 and 17 with local employers.  Throughout the placement we support the trainees to succeed within the workplace whilst creating evidence to prove to future employers that they are employable.  The young people receive up to £40 per week from the employer in addition to their trainee allowance of £55.  As well as gaining experience and potentially employment, the trainees will work towards the SVQ Certificate of Work Readiness.

Stage 4
Working Rite successfully places trainees aged 16 and 17 with local employers.  Throughout the placement we support the trainees to succeed within the workplace.  Additionally, trainees will be supported in achieving training relevant to their specific role. The young people receive up to £40 per week from the employer in addition to their trainee allowance of £55.
