IPay – School Dinners/Uniforms/Trips

School Dinners

All P1-P5 school children are currently entitled to free school lunches. There is nothing you need to do, they will be asked by their teacher at registration or if you do not wish them to have school lunches, they may bring a packed lunch.

Uniform

Our school sweatshirts, polo shirts and cardigans can be purchased through our school shop on the Keith Primary School IPay system. You will receive your code when your child starts with Keith Primary.

We strongly encourage pupils to wear our school sweatshirts and/or polo shirts. These should be worn with trousers or skirts in plain, dark colours. Jeans and football tops are not permitted.

Indoor shoes are also required as children are asked to change from their outdoor shoes on entering the building.

Children should have a PE kit in school at all times consisting of:
• Shorts
• T-shirt – a different one to that worn to school
• Non-marking trainers or gym shoes (could be child’s indoor shoes).

Using the IPay School Meals/Uniform/Trips Payment System

This system is easy to use and allows you to pay for school lunches (P6-P7, unless your child is entitled to free school lunches), uniform and school trips.

Every new pupil receives a letter with instructions on setting up an account for IPay.  Please do retain this letter as you will need the log-in details throughout your child’s time in school education in Moray. If you do lose this information you can contact the school at: admin.keithp@moray-edunet.gov.uk for a reminder letter, simply tells us your child’s name and class.

You can access the iPay system at; https://online.moray.gov.uk/site/wss/request/ipayimpact
