KGS Honey is now on sale from the school reception. £5 per jar for 220g. It is just DELICIOUS….
As we start our new Beekeeping qualification at KGS this year, the KGS Beekeeping students have been learning how to extract honey.
They worked really hard removing the wax capping from the honey frames (above) before spinning the frames in an extractor to remove the honey (below).
End result was 24 lovely jars of honey which we have available to sell from the school reception – £5 for 220g on a “First come first served” basis.
Very well done, to our new Beekeeper enthusiasts.
