You will also benefit from an email each time a call is logged and also an email when the call is closed. This will help schools keep up to date with where ICT faults and requests much easier than they can currently.<\/p>\n<p>Once we have collected and collated the feedback from the pilot sites we will begin rolling out the solution to all schools early in the new year.
