The Who Cares? Scotland Helpline is a lifelong offer open to Care Experienced people of any age across Scotland. Following on from the positive feedback on our Covid-19 Helpline throughout the first few months of the Coronavirus crisis, it is evident that a dedicated phone line is a valued source of connection for our community.
I am currently based in the Lodge at Forres Academy with my colleague Michaella Henderson, you can often find us in the main school building as we regularly in The Hub, Library or canteen.
I have been a youth worker for over 25 years working with young people from many different parts of Scotland but moved to Moray nearly 6 years ago with my family, I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren who all live nearby.
I now live in Kinloss, my hobbies include fishing, working on cars and motorbikes, DIY, being involved in live music, I used to play drums in a band and outdoor activities.
My job is to support young people by delivering activity sessions, transition support, wider achievement, support youth groups, and chat about any wellbeing issues you may have.
I am looking forward to meeting with you.
