Usually we have Grow Well Choices with Sammy on a Thursday afternoon,\u00a0however it was sadly cancelled for today.<\/p>\n

Instead we decided to practise a variety of active sports\u00a0skills and work on our ability to\u00a0persevere and keep going – even\u00a0when things get tough or a little tricky!<\/p>\n

The children started with a\u00a0warm up to get those muscles loosened up and then spent 2 minutes at each station.<\/p>\n

As you will see from the pictures they worked very hard indeed and they also had lots and lots of fun… Especially as we had some music playing to keep us going!<\/p>\n

To round off the session we had a tactic group game of steal the beanbag. There was lots of encouragement and co-operation going on from the teams! Have a look at our video to see the fantastic effort from all of the boys and girls.<\/p>\n
