In our community group this morning we talked about the people in our lives that we really appreciate. The people who make us feel all warm and fuzzy inside and who make our world’s safe, fun and enjoyable. We decided to make these people a small gift to let them know we appreciate them. We followed a recipe to make chocolate truffles.
In our Community Group this month we used the book “Have You Filled a Bucket Today?” by Carol McCloud to get us thinking about happiness. We learned that we can find ways to make ourselves happy. The Early Years Global Citizenship Group met again on the 31st January. We looked at the daily routines of children from Serbia, Brazil, Ethiopia and India to see how their routines compared to our daily routines. We discussed all the different things the children from other countries could do and whether these were linked to the climate the children lived in.
