Sixteen pupils from\u00a0Applegrove took part in the Forres ASG Orienteering competition at Grant Park on 1st October.\u00a0We entered two teams who had to negotiate the course round the park and up into the woods on Cluny Hill. The teams were delighted to discover that they won the competition with some very impressive times. For most of the pupils it was their first experience of a competition like this and they did very well. Mrs Sircus was delighted to see that all 16 of the pupils found all the markers and had no ‘missed punches’ which is a great achievement.\u00a0 The A team will take part in the Moray Schools event next week.<\/p>\n
