The event was a great success and most pupils attended, inviting a guest to enjoy the celebration of our National Bard! the evening kicked off with a Piper (thanks to Bethany&#8217;s grandad!) piping in the Haggis along with Mrs\u00a0Maclennan &#8211; head chef . The Address to the Haggis was givwen by Cody Dunbar and Logan Stalker and they did a super job! The festivities continuted with a reply from the Haggis, a\u00a0 toast to and reply\u00a0frae the Lassies (7G) , an Immortal Memory in dramatic form (6\/7M)\u00a0and \u00a0choric verse of\u00a0&#8216; The Puddock\u00a0&#8216; by 6W. The pupils rounded off the evening with more poetry of their own and a rendition of Marie&#8217;s Wedding by all the pupils. Of course no Burns sSupper would be complete without an auld lang syne to finish off.
