Autumn

If you visit the Nursery this week you will see we have started our autumn displays & interest table. The bowls on the interest table are mostly empty, we hope the Nursery children will help to collect things which show the signs of autumn.

Dinosaurs!

Today we made caves for our dinosaurs to hide in and talked about what dinosaurs like to do. Mrs Anderson read a dinosaur story with some tricky dinosaur names.

Wigwam

The makeover in the garden has started well with the arrival of our amazing new wigwam. Mrs Duffy and Mrs Graham worked hard to assemble it last week. Well done Ladies!
We will keep you posted on the progress of our garden.

Nursery News

Corks and Bottle Tops

We are developing many of the Nursery areas both inside and outside. To allow us to offer the children a wide range of activities we are looking to source the following items this year:

  • corks
  • plastic lids
  • bottle tops
  • string
  • wool
  • ribbon
  • variety of different paper types and sizes
  • shells
  • cones
  • bubble wrap
  • buttons
  • wooden dolly clothes pegs
  • fabric scraps
