Mrs Anderson has organised coaches in colour groups for Nursery children and P1 children will be in their class groups. A member of staff will be at the door of the coach to sign you on. Please make sure you return to the same coach at the end of the outing. Please inform your coach leader of any change of plans for returning to school.
P1 parents can accompany their child in to class at 8:50.
Nursery parents please meet us at the coaches for 9:00 with your child.

Plan for the day
* 9:15 – coaches will leave school
* 9:30 – arrive at Vogrie and take the blue route/north walk through the woods to the large play park
* Free time for families at the play park
* 10:30 – meet for snack beside Vogrie House
* Range of activities to be offered to children and families or free time for walks or park
* 12:30 – everyone to meet for lunch at the side of Vogrie House
* Activities or free time before meeting again at 1:45 to return to coaches
* Everyone on the correct coach for 2:00 ready to leave by 2:15
Meeting Point – During the day if you need support with anything a member of school staff will be stationed outside The Tree Top Café at Vogrie House at all times.
Please remember to bring weather appropriate clothes, any medicine or inhalers your child may need, P1 children should wear school jumpers, suncream, snack for 10:30 and picnic blankets. P1 children will have lunch provided but everyone else should bring lunch with them.
