Last week myself and Mrs Duffy (SCCDW) met with most of the parents of the pre-school children to discuss progress, next steps and ways in which we would work together to support this important year. If you didn’t get an appointment letter or your appointment was cancelled (Friday morning only) then please don’t worry, I will arrange new appointments after the holidays.
As promised at the meetings I will send home a list of practical tips to help you prepare for Primary One. I will also regularly update the website, information board and newsletters with advice for this year. Mrs Duffy and I both agreed the appointments were very positive and will help us plan ahead for the coming year.
