It aims to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>promote, support and deliver an education of the highest quality to the school\u2019s young people within a developing culture of inclusion<\/li>\n<li>ensure that every child and young person has access to educational opportunities which lead to success and further development of the individual\u2019s learning potential<\/li>\n<li>provide an education which is appropriate to learning needs, is supportive of the young person and is delivered in partnership with young people, parents and the wider community<\/li>\n<li>support pupils through the process of Staged Intervention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The role of the Support for Learning Department is to support young people who need it.
