We understand that starting nursery can be a worrying and anxious time for children and parents. Therefore, Rainbow Family Centre has created a settling-in procedure which aims to make the transition from home to nursery as smooth, and stress-free, as possible.<\/p>\n
The Settling-In Process<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n On their first day, children will attend for 1 hour. For many children, this is often their first time, away from their parents or close family, in an unfamiliar environment.<\/p>\n Following, the first day, we will gradually increase the time that your\u00a0 spends at nursery until they are happy and settled enough to attend for their full session.<\/p>\n Please be aware that the settling-in process will vary for each child.
