\"FatherFather Eoin Patten is our school chaplain. He is also\u00a0the Parish Priest of Saint Laurence’s Church\u00a0Greenock in the Diocese of Paisley.<\/p>\n

The role of the chaplain is to support Religious Education within the school. This is done by visiting classes, supporting teachers and by being present around the school.<\/p>\n

Mass is celebrated in the school on a Thursday and this celebration is prepared by a different class each week. The Sacrament of Reconciliation can be available to the pupils at any time, however efforts are made during important times namely Advent and Lent of the Church\u2019s year to ensure that opportunities are available to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation at set times for each year group.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
