UNCRC Rights of the Child Booklet<\/h3>\n

The UNCRC Rights of the Child\u00a0<\/span>Booklet\u00a0<\/a>is now available on the Parent Club website.\u00a0 This resource provides information for parents, carers and family members about children’s rights and introduces the UNCRC.\u00a0 To find out more about why the booklet was created click\u00a0<\/span>here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0<\/span>UNCRC<\/a>\u00a0is the internationally mandated children’s rights treaty, which sets out the rights that all children and young people should expect and what they need to grow up happy, healthy and safe.\u00a0 The treaty outlines the central role played by parents and families and recognises that they also need protection and assistance to support the rights and wellbeing of their children.<\/span><\/p>\n

Parent Club<\/a>\u00a0are calling on partners to share the booklet via their existing social media channels to help raise awareness and reach as many parents, carers and practitioners (who work with children) as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n
