At Larkfield ELC we utilise full use of our gorgeous outdoor space. However, we also value the importance of taking a step beyond the nursery perimeter and exploring our local community play spaces.<\/p>\n

Our LarkyVentures team have formed a ‘Reservoir Roaming’ initiative which aims to promote children’s wellbeing, connect them with nature, and learn through play. \"\"<\/p>\n

Our\u00a0Reservoir Roaming has become a highlight for the children, offering a unique opportunity to connect with nature while supporting their health and wellbeing\"\"<\/p>\n

These outdoor experiences give children the freedom to explore, enjoy fresh air, and engage in risky play that helps build confidence and important risk assessment skills.<\/p>\n

The reservoir setting provides\u00a0plenty of space for adventure, creativity, and discovery, while also linking to our Book of the Block to promote a love of literacy in the outdoors.<\/p>\n
