healthy eating and lifestyle choices.<\/li>\n<li>Encourage creativity and experimentation with ingredients and recipes.<\/li>\n<li>Build practical life skills for independence and everyday life.<\/li>\n<li>Foster teamwork, communication, and problem-solving through shared cooking activities.<\/li>\n<li>Understand sustainability, food sources, and environmental impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The teachers plan engaging and effective Health and Wellbeing lessons and learning experiences to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop learners\u2019 knowledge and skills in growing, preparing, and cooking food.<\/li>\n<li>Promote healthy eating and lifestyle choices.<\/li>\n<li>Encourage creativity, experimentation, and innovation in cooking.<\/li>\n<li>Build practical life
