{"id":538,"date":"2021-10-04T10:47:01","date_gmt":"2021-10-04T09:47:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/in\/inverlcydedigihelp\/?page_id=538"},"modified":"2021-10-04T12:02:54","modified_gmt":"2021-10-04T11:02:54","slug":"basics-of-class-notebook","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/in\/inverlcydedigihelp\/help-with-glow\/basics-of-class-notebook\/","title":{"rendered":"Basics of Class Notebook"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Class Notebook is a personalised OneNote Notebook which exists within each Microsoft Team.<\/h1>\n<p>Pupils can use a Class Notebook to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>take notes in class<\/li>\n<li>view files and other resources shared by the teacher<\/li>\n<li>collaborate together on a page with their classmates<\/li>\n<li>repond to Assignments within Teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Various pieces of content can be added to a Class Notebook page including text, images, voice notes and videos, as well as embeded media such as PowerPoints or Microsoft Forms.<\/p>\n<p>A stylus or finger can also be used on the mobile versions to use &#8220;digital inking&#8221; on a page, just like you would use a pen or pencil on a physical notebook.<\/p>\n<h2>Accessing Class Notebook via Teams on the PC<\/h2>\n<p>To access the Class Notebook for a given Team:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Log into Glow<\/li>\n<li>Launch Teams<\/li>\n<li>Open the Team you wish to access the Class Notebook for<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to Class Notebook on the left hand side of the screen.
