Primary1 had fun creating a jigsaw game using 2-Do-It-Yourself software. First, they used the webcam on the laptop to take a photo of themselves and then added some drawings of their own to create a fun jigsaw picture. The children then took turns to complete each others jigsaw puzzle.
Primary 7 were asked to try out some perspective shots, portraits, and action shots.
Primary 3 enjoyed taking turns with the cameras trying out different poses and even managing some selfies!
Primary 5 – 7 have been learning how to use the different modes on a camera and have been experimenting with the panoramic option.
Children from Primary 5 to Primary 7 have been learning how to use the cameras and have been experimenting with some perspective photography shots.
Using the webcam on their laptops, Primary 7 and Primary 6 have taken a portrait picture of themselves to then edit in the style of Pop Art.
We looked at the Tate Kids Gallery to learn a little bit about Pop Artists and used this to help us edit our photographs in the style of Pop Art.

Today in ICT we searched on google images for an appropriate picture to use for our profile.
First we saved the image to our class folder and then we uploaded to glow.

Primary 4 have been learning how to create basic animations by following tutorials on Scratch.
They are using programming blocks to make objects move, make sounds or change how they look.

Our Primary 7 children worked with a partner to create an interactive game on Scratch for one of the classes in the school. They had to decide which stage the game was for, for example, Primary 2 or 3, and then decide whether it was an addition, subtraction or multiplication game.
They have been learning about variables (things that can change) and operators (for example, adding, multiplying or dividing).
We looked at some examples on scratch and tried to create our own version.
