Primary 4B enjoyed taking part in the live Roald Dahl show broadcast by Puffin.
The 30-minute lesson was packed with new videos, games and some very special drawing instructions from Quentin Blake. We have attached some of the results – see if you can guess which Roald Dahl character the children drew? #roalddahlshow
We are delighted to run Tubs4Tablets, an exciting school collector scheme from Flora, in partnership with Tesco.
This will provide thousands of pounds worth of FREE Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0” Wi-Fi 8GB touch-screen tablets to registered primary and middle schools in Great Britain.
What do we have to do?
Taking part is easy. Just collect Flora Tubs4Tablets tokens inside promotional tubs of Flora 500g (Original, Light and Buttery), AVAILABLE IN TESCO STORES FROM 23rd SEPTEMBER. (From 23rd September Tesco will be running a promotion on the 500g tubs of Flora of Buy 2 for £2)
How many do we need?
Just 50 tokens will get us one brand new Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0”Wi-fi 8GB tablet.
Our target
Our target is to collect 300 tokens. This would get us 6 tablets which could be used by a small group in a class or be shared around classes throughout the school term.
Where do we send the tokens collected?
We will have a collection point in St Patrick’s Primary, Westmorland Road reception area as well as in St Patrick’s Church, Orangefield. Children can also hand tokens in to their class teacher or when they come to their ICT lessons.

This is a short video of our Solar System animation using the Scratch website. This one was programmed by Nico in P6.
Hope it works!
Today is the first day of our ICT Blog.
We are hopefully going to learn how to add information about our learning and the various projects our pupils are busy working on.
Watch this space!
