Children have a natural curiosity which drives them to explore and understand their environment using their senses and at times to wonder at its beauty and scale.<\/p>\n
Children will investigate their environment in a variety of ways: by observing shapes, colours, patterns and sequences of events in their surroundings. They\u00a0ask questions by matching, sorting,\u00a0counting, comparing and learning to name and categorise. Children are encouraged\u00a0to\u00a0listen,\u00a0taste,\u00a0smell,\u00a0touch and\u00a0explore.\u00a0We support children\u00a0to record information\u00a0in pictures and models,\u00a0to design,\u00a0create,\u00a0guess and experiment by role playing and problem solving.<\/p>\n
