The Centre has very good relationships with other local nurseries, partner agencies, the local and wider community and our cluster group. Our main feeder primary schools are Kings Oak and All Saints Primary School however we work closely with most schools in Inverclyde to ensure our children and their families experience smooth transitions when moving on to school. Throughout the year we work closely with our Primary colleagues to plan events which enable the children to become familiar with the school environment and build relationships with staff and children in the school.\u00a0 For children transitioning to school, a \u2018Transfer of Information\u2019 form is also completed by keyworkers and parents\/ carers which will help the class teacher provide continuity for your child.<\/p>\n
