We follow Inverclyde Council’s Attendance policy and encourage regular attendance at nursery so that children can\u00a0 develop friendships, learn new skills and experience new opportunities.<\/p>\n
We understand that children become unwell and sometimes need to spend a few days at home to recover. If your child will be absent we really appreciate a quick call to let staff know that your child won’t be at nursery. At enrolment, you should receive information\u00a0 on some common childhood illnesses.<\/p>\n
If your child is absent and we have not heard from you by 10.00am we will give you a call to check-in.\u00a0 If we are unable to contact you we will call those listed on the emergency contact information provided at enrolment.\u00a0 This is to ensure the health and wellbeing safety of all children.<\/p>\n
