Currently, the Smillie Room has 3 early years education and childcare officers (EYECO) and 1 early years support assistant (EYSA).<\/p>\n<p>A two year-old child may be eligible for 1140 hours, of free early learning and childcare, per year, if their parent\/carer is entitled to one of the following qualifying benefits.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Income Support<\/li>\n<li>Job Seekers Allowance (income based)<\/li>\n<li>Any income related element of Employment and Support Allowance<\/li>\n<li>Incapacity or Severe Disablement Allowance<\/li>\n<li>State Pension Credit<\/li>\n<li>Child Tax Credit (CTC), but not Working Tax Credit and your income is less than \u00a316,105<\/li>\n<li>Child Tax Credit and Working Tax Credit and your income is under \u00a37,320<\/li>\n<li>Support under Part V1 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999<\/li>\n<li>Universal Credit when your household take-home pay, is \u00a3610 or less.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Or<\/strong>\u00a0if the child is age 2 or over and is or, since they turned 2 has been (in terms of legal status):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Looked after and accommodated<\/li>\n<li>Under a kinship care order<\/li>\n<li>Lives with a Parent Appointed Guardian<\/li>\n<li>Care experienced or has a parent who is care experienced<\/li>\n<li>A graduate from the Family Nurse Partnership Programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For your application to be accepted by the centre, you are required to show proof of your child&#8217;s date of birth in the form of their birth certificate and proof of your residing address in the form of a council tax letter\/gas and electricity bill.
