{"id":24,"date":"2020-06-18T09:48:30","date_gmt":"2020-06-18T09:48:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/in\/craigmarloch\/?page_id=24"},"modified":"2024-08-28T12:56:44","modified_gmt":"2024-08-28T12:56:44","slug":"our-learning-journey","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/in\/craigmarloch\/our-learning-journey\/","title":{"rendered":"Our Learning Journey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>At Craigmarloch School we have provision to support our pupils&#8217; educational needs from age 3-18.<\/p>\n<p>In August 2020 we opened our Onesery Department where we have a mix of nursery and primary 1 pupils in the same classes, these classes are supported by a Teacher, Early Years Education and Chilcare Officers and Learning Assistants.<\/p>\n<p>Our pupils then move on to the Primary Department covering primary 2-7, the pupils are supported by their Class Teacher and Learning Assistants and have weekly timetabled sessions with our Specialist Music Teacher and Specialist P.E. Teacher.<\/p>\n<p>Lastly we have the Secondary Department covering secondary 1-6. The Secondary pupils are supported by their Pupil Support Assistants (PSA), with input from a variety of specialist teachers in the following subject areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Art &amp; Design<\/li>\n<li>Design &amp; Technology<\/li>\n<li>Drama<\/li>\n<li>English<\/li>\n<li>Maths<\/li>\n<li>Music<\/li>\n<li>Outdoor Learning<\/li>\n<li>Religious &amp; Moral Education<\/li>\n<li>Science<\/li>\n<li>Social Subjects<\/li>\n<li>Home Economics<\/li>\n<li>Enterprise<\/li>\n<li>ICT<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Craigmarloch School we have provision to support our pupils&#8217; educational needs from age 3-18.
