The Graphic Communication course at National 4\/5 provides opportunities for students to gain skills in a wide variety of areas including the ability to read and interpret drawings, produce a variety of CAD drawings both 2D and full 3D models, Desk Top Publishing (DTP) , freehand drawing\/rendering as well as gaining knowledge and understanding of drawing conventions and protocols. The course is\u00a0 diverse with learners all fully engaged in modern, challenging activities that will draw on the skills required both for formal engineering drawing but also on DTP, freehand sketching\u00a0and CAD skills.<\/p>\n
