Pupils are required to bring the following:
- A valid Passport
- European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
- Spending Money (€100 max recommended)*
All meals are paid for as part of the Trip and all activities are paid for.
Pupils will have opportunities to purchase Streetfood, snacks and postcards to post home! - A packed lunch for our arrival in a Berlin and £5 for some Breakfast at Glasgow airport.
- Appropriate clothing:
Berlin can be very warm (upwards of 30 degrees in summer) but is also prone to rain. Pupils should therefore pack a rain jacket, some warm clothes and comfortable footwear as there will be quite a bit of walking. - Sunscreen
- European Travel Adapter
If electronic devices are brought on the trip, an adapter will be required. - Towels
Pupils should bring at least 1 towel for use in their room and 1 towel for the Water Park Trip
- Luggage
Pupils are entitled to 1 piece of hand luggage and 1 stowed piece of luggage. Pupils should be able to comfortably carry their own luggage.Hold luggage should weigh no more than 15KG.Hand luggage must be within the following sizes:
One standard-sized bag measuring no more than 56x 45x 25cm, including the handle, pockets and wheels. Please be aware of restrictions on hand baggage such as the restrictions on carrying liquids and the list of banned and restricted items carried in your baggage.
