January 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n

We interviewed Ellie and her friend from P1\/2.\u00a0They said they really\u00a0 enjoyed the Art Exhibition and the artist they studied was John Lowrie Morrison. The loved painting pictures just like his! during their work on Scotland they had fun recognising and making the Scotland flag.\u00a0 During maths time they are counting up and taking away and also learning about double numbers.\u00a0They are not reading a class novel at the moment, but Ellie is reading a book called ‘Nests’.\u00a0 In ICT they have been improving their maths skills using Sumdog and\u00a0 they have been looking at Google maps.<\/p>\n

October 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

We interviewed Christopher and Lewis from P1\/2.\u00a0They have been\u00a0creating tinfoil towers and they really enjoyed it. They also designed and created\u00a0paper aeroplanes and were doing races! They learned how to aim and develop their building skills! Lewis and Christopher both really enjoyed maths week and they\u00a0were learning about\u00a0money, tangrams and made a harvest shop in the Acorn Room!<\/p>\n

Both of them enjoy PE, ICT and art. Lewis likes literacy.\u00a0Out of school Christopher enjoys going to football and Lewis goes to Tigers. They\u00a0both enjoy\u00a0these activities.<\/p>\n

They are really enjoying their home learning and their favourite home learning task was the sweet one!\u00a0They like sharing their homework in front of the class.<\/p>\n

They are both going to the Halloween disco. Lewis is dressing up as Black Panther and Christopher is going to be Spiderman! \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

September 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

We interviewed Ellie and Brodie from\u00a0P2\/1. They have been doing lots of fun activities to do with\u00a0\u00a0the movie ‘Up’.\u00a0The people who made UP were\u00a0Disney\u00a0Pixar. In maths they are concentrating on\u00a0addition, subtraction and the months of the year.\u00a0They have been keeping really active at PE and have been enjoying\u00a0 unicorn,\u00a0 banana,\u00a0 tunnel\u00a0 and toilet\u00a0tig! They have also been\u00a0playing\u00a0bench ball.<\/p>\n

They\u00a0both enjoy their new class and teacher for this year \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
