  1. I don’t think Scotland should become independent because sometimes change is for the better but in this case I don’t think change would be good.

  2. I think Scotland shouldn’t become independent. I think this because Scotland has become independent before and we joined English when we were bankrupt. If we become independent, I think the same could happen. Then if we want to join the UK again we may not be allowed back.

  3. My resolution this year is to not get too uptight and annoyed at my little brother in the mornings just because I’m tired. This will build our relationship even higher than it already is.

  4. I’m not so sure if I’m good at keeping my resolutions because I’ve not made one in a while but I will try my very best to keep this one make it come true and complete it by the end of the year

  5. the new year period is special because it is a gateway to a fresh new start with no mistakes and new possibilities, it also helps you if you have a habit t then the new year would be a perfect time to stop that habit./ just remember there are much more things to change in the new year.

  6. This year I celebrated the new year with my aunty Joye and uncle Hammy and there little girl Ellen. We played some board games and stayed up very late.On the day before new years eve we all went to a ceilidh. Ellen got me dancing every dance and we had lots of fun. My favourite part of the ceilidh was at the end when me and my dad got to dance together I’ll remember that moment forever.

  7. Like most people have said, people don’t manage to stick to their resolutions because they have either given them self more than they can chew or they’re just too lazy to do it.

  8. I will make 2015 a great year by following my new year resolutions and taking every opportunity because I no how it feels to NOT take every opportunity in the end you just regret it. I WISH I’d taken the opportunity to go skiing.

  9. Me too, I think Scotland should become independent too because like Matthew said we should be able to make our own decisions not any one else.

  10. Of all the things I’m learning the thing that will be most useful in the future is maths. You use maths all the time in a job, sometimes without realising. There is always a link to maths in a job but language is important too.

  11. This passage is trying to tell us that there is so many problems in the world and we cant just snap our fingers and wala all the problems are gone but we can start small like helping each other, not disobeying our parents and so much more. These things are very small but make a big difference. also don’t give up just because its harder than something else for example maths maybe maths is a bit harder than art but if you stick at it you’ll get better and better you might even look back and say that was hard but know I get it and its not hard any more.
