This is an opportunity to think carefully about what matters most to us as a school, what we stand for, and what we want to achieve for every child.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"639\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"rr1gqd\" data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"670\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"670\">Why Are We Doing This?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"769\">Our Vision, Values and aims guide everything we do. By reviewing them together, we want to ensure they:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"991\">\n<li data-section-id=\"wob7k7\" data-start=\"771\" data-end=\"815\">Reflect who we are as a school community<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"156eydw\" data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"870\">Support the wellbeing and success of every learner<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1v9h4rq\" data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"924\">Provide a clear sense of direction for the future<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1yw416w\" data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"991\">Represent the shared aspirations of pupils, families and staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"996\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"1hbgpm7\" data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1025\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1025\">How This Will Happen<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1088\">We will gather views and ideas in a range of ways, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1206\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1iysl9b\" data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1135\">Pupil discussions and learning activities<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"116jzn5\" data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1160\">Parent\/carer surveys<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"9ypa68\" data-start=\"1161\" data-end=\"1206\">Staff workshops and professional dialogue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1304\">This will allow us to build a shared understanding of what matters most to our school community.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1309\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"yrrjgm\" data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1336\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1314\" data-end=\"1336\">What Happens Next?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1466\">We will share updates as the process develops and will publish our refreshed Vision, Values and Aims once they have been agreed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Refreshing Our Vision, Values and Aims At our school, we believe that our Vision, Values and Aims should reflect the voices of our whole community.
