Welcome to the Games Development NPA.
The NPA’s in Computer Games Development at SCQF leves 4, 5 and 6 introduce learners to the gernes, trends and emerging technologies of the computer games industry. This qualification covers the core areas of design, media assets and development. Coding is also an important part of this qualification. This award develops learners computational thinking skills which is now recognised as a vital competence.
The award is split up into three units at each level:
- Computer Games: Design
- Computer Games: Media Assets
- Computer Games: Development
