A lady from Guide dogs for the Blind visited us with two guide dogs. The dogs called Nula and Quinta were very patient and gentle. Quinta had a bell around her neck so the lady could hear her,

The cast from Lochardil who attend Highland Youth Theatre will be showcasing ‘Dick Whittington’ next month in the IRA.

The community policewoman visited us today and we found out so much infromation to help with our topic.

Our topic this term is all about our community.

We have decided that we want to find out about –

•  What work do the local police and firemen do?
• How are guide dogs trained?
• What happens to lost animals in the area?
