This is a really useful block for a couple of uses. This allows other Glow Blogs users to register with the site. They then become subscribers.
If you are using the H5P plugin to provide quizzes and exercises, it will record the results of people with a role on the site. This means you can use this widget to invite others to get a subscriber account without having to add them your self.
Another possible use would be to add allow other Glow Blog users to register with the site and then change their role. This might make it easier to add users.
