Although it is important to identify where we are now, it is not enough to stop there. We need to reflect upon how we can develop the skills where we are less confident and how we can transfer the skills in which we are confident and competent.

 Self-Confidence  When standing up in front of a classroom to present or when I am a teacher standing in front of the children under my care.
 Self-Discipline  When I want to do something instead of my coursework I will have to consider what is more important and where my priorities lie.
 Team Work  Whilst partaking in this module I will be working with a range of different people with different abilities and attitudes and will need to learn how to use this as an advantage with others in order to succeed.
 Act as a Leader  When it comes to group work I will have to consider when things need to move on and what role each person has in a group, when I am in placement I will also have to learn how to take an active leading role.

 When I am preparing for a presentation or writing a blog it will be important I know how to write in the correct form for academic purposes.

Whilst writing blogs or doing my assignments it will be important that I have sufficient computing skills in order to undertake particular tasks.

Being a primary teacher features a lot of creativity and therefore it is of benefit to work on this skill in order to make my work interesting and intriguing to others.

Throughout my course there will be times when I have issues and it may involve some problem solving in order to come up with an adequate solution in order to continue the smooth running of the course or event.

 Act as a Leader  I will ensure that throughout the group activities I practise taking on a leadership role in order to develop being a leader.
 Organise and Plan  I will ensure I have all of my notes in order before each class and that I hand in my assignments before the deadline as well as asking questions when I don’t understand.
 Debate formally and informally  I will challenge something I don’t understand or don’t agree with as well as question statements to see how strong their reasoning is.
 Build social networks  I will interact with my classmates in and outside of the classroom as well as build a rapport with my lectures and friends.
 Think Critically
When looking back on my own work or helping a classmate with theirs I will look at it from the perspective of someone looking for faults to ensure I can make my work the best it can be as well as helping others on the same journey.
 Generate new ideas  I will ensure I exhaust each topic I am given for blogs and for tasks in order to get the most out of them and also to be inspired by any ideas that may stem from these particular topics.
