Stirling CYPIC is being launched at the Albert Halls in Stirling on 24th October 2017, 2-5pm. This will be an opportunity to hear Tom Houston, Health Improvement Principal, Public Health, sup-port us to think about how we can make quality improvement part of our day job. Julie Whitcombe, Clinical Nurse Manager, will talk about the new Health Visiting Pathway. The quality improvement model used by CYPIC originated in health and has now become part of everyday practice, so we can learn from their experiences.
A range of local practitioners will also be talking about their improvement work –small scale and larger projects—and this will give everyone an opportunity to share learning with peers and think about how improvement methodology can be used in our own context to make a difference.
Fallin Primary School’s video about their walking bus will also be shown.
