Learning Schools work together to tackle inequity by exploring and sharing innovative ways to use Scottish Attainment and Pupil Equity funding.

The Learning Schools programme supports school to school collaboration by:

  • Providing a framework for peer-peer support nurtured through professional learning designed to measurably improve learner outcomes
  • Building the confidence, skills and capacity of practitioners to support each other and drive forward improvement

Three sharing events will take place in March, April and May, open to schools from across the South East to hear about how colleagues in identified Learning Schools have worked to close the poverty related attainment gap using PEF and SAC funds. There will be further opportunities to work with the sharing schools for a small number of settings.
