What?

SEIC HT Trios is not a coaching training programme. However, we will offer coaching skills and techniques training to support the Trios. Trios may, of course, wish to use approaches other than coaching approaches for their Trios meetings. The Trios aims to give you time for critical reflection, exchanging ideas, learning from each other and making change happen in your school. SEIC HT Trios are expected to attend the following. These dates will provide opportunities to meet as an entire cohort together, to agree approaches that will maximise the benefits of being part of a Trio. We would like everyone to have the chance to meet in person at the first meeting organised in August.

  • Four Cohort Meetings where we will build our relationships, offer coaching techniques training, co-create the programme with you and evaluate progress.
