Life can be difficult for a number of reasons and having someone to talk to can make a significant difference.
See Me @ Lanark Grammar School has been set up with input from See Me and Stigma Free Lanarkshire to provide help, support and guidance to pupils, parents and staff across the LGS community.
For anyone who has concerns about their mental health and wellbeing, the LGS See Me Team are staff members trained in Mental Health First Aid and non-judgemental, active listening. If you are feeling stressed, anxious, sad, worried, upset, depressed, angry, lonely etc. over a number of days, then you should consider arranging an appointment.
Self-referral forms for pupils and staff are available and these can be returned confidentially to the See Me Self-Referrals Box located at the School Office. You will then be contacted to arrange an appointment.
As a parent/carer if you have any concerns or queries about a child or young person in your care please complete our online referral form (See Me @ LGS Parent/Carer Referral Form) and a member of the team will be in contact.
