I initially started to want to be a teacher, as I had a great relationship with them, during my time at school. I feel like if a pupil has a strong relationship between the teacher and pupil, then this will have a positive effect on the child’s learning. Seeing children grow and develop is a massive factor in becoming a teacher. Especially at primary level, as you can see the improvement within the class, as the year goes on.
