The guidance in this section will be revised as necessary to reflect the outcome of the working group. The last update has been made in April 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.scot\/binaries\/content\/documents\/govscot\/publications\/advice-and-guidance\/2016\/03\/race-equality-framework-scotland-2016-2030\/documents\/00497601-pdf\/00497601-pdf\/govscot%3Adocument\/00497601.pdf#:~:text=The%20Race%20Equality%20Framework%E2%80%99s%20purpose%20is%20to%20put,to%20highlight%20civic%20rights%20and%20protect%20its%20people.\">Scottish Government Race Equality Framework<\/a> identifies the following goal:<\/p>\n<div id=\"ttfmake-1630594875\" class=\"ttfmake-notice\" style=\"background-color: #eaecee;color: #3070d1;padding: 10px 20px;border: 2px solid #3070d1\">\n<p>\u2018Minority Ethnic pupils have confidence in, and are effectively supported by, approaches in schools to prevent and respond to prejudice-based bullying and racist behaviour or incidents\u2019.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Learners will have formed a view on whether both racist bullying and racist incidents are taken seriously by how they see anti-racism meaningfully embedded in the life of the learning community.
