{"id":230,"date":"2021-07-09T09:07:59","date_gmt":"2021-07-09T08:07:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/oakburn\/?p=230"},"modified":"2021-07-09T09:07:59","modified_gmt":"2021-07-09T08:07:59","slug":"expressive-area-05-07-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/oakburn\/expressive-area-05-07-21\/","title":{"rendered":"Expressive Area 05\/07\/21"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This week at the expressive arts area , the children have been very busy for American week <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8\ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8<\/span><span class=\"s1\">.We made American flags , we used crepe paper to create our wonderful flags<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83d\ude04<\/span><span class=\"s1\">.We also spoke about the very important statue in America called the Statue of Liberty, we spoke about how the statue has a crown and is holding a torch <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83d\udd26<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, we decided it would be a fabulous idea <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83d\udca1<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> if we made our very own crowns and touches, we made our crowns sparkle by adding some glitter. We made beautiful and colourful firework <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83d\udca5<\/span><span class=\"s1\">pictures , using some black paper and chalk to make these.
