{"id":210,"date":"2021-07-06T08:25:07","date_gmt":"2021-07-06T07:25:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/oakburn\/?p=210"},"modified":"2021-07-06T08:25:07","modified_gmt":"2021-07-06T07:25:07","slug":"expressive-room-week-beginning-28-06-21","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/glowblogs\/oakburn\/expressive-room-week-beginning-28-06-21\/","title":{"rendered":"Expressive room Week beginning 28\/06\/21"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This week at the expressive area , we have been making musical <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83c\udfb6<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> shakers, the boys and girls have helped to decorate the shakers that we will use for tidy up time. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The boys and girls wanted to make their own shakers to take home , we explored the different <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">textures of the rice <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83c\udf5a<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> and pasta that we used to put into our bottles . We added paint to make beautiful coloured<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83c\udf08<\/span><span class=\"s1\">shakers and finally decorated the bottles. We spoke about our favourite songs to sing at home <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83c\udfe0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">, well done <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83d\udc4f<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> everyone who made a shaker this was fabulous . <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">In the water tray this week we have added some jungle animals <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83e\udda7\ud83d\udc0a\ud83d\udc05<\/span><span class=\"s1\">the boys and girls loved exploring them, talking about what each animal sounds like .
