The children have been busy learning, exploring and having lots of fun.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In phonics, we have been focusing on the sounds &#8216;p&#8217; and &#8216;n&#8217;, practising how to recognise the sounds, say them clearly and identify words that begin with each sound. The children have been doing a brilliant job!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In maths, we have been exploring numbers up to 10, focusing on finding the number that comes before and after a given number. We have been practising counting forwards and backwards, recognising numbers and developing our number confidence through lots of fun activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Of course, the highlight of the week has been our Halloween celebrations! We had a fun filled day with Halloween parties, delicious treats and lots of dancing! The children had so much fun celebrating together, showing off their fantastic costumes and enjoying all the Halloween excitement.
