It was a day filled with determination, cheers, and more than a few &#8220;sonic speed&#8221; sprints!<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"4\" \/>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">A Crowd to Cheer Them On<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">We were absolutely delighted to see such a fantastic turnout from our <b data-path-to-node=\"6\" data-index-in-node=\"70\">parents and carers<\/b>. Seeing you all lined up along the fence with your loud cheers really gave the class that extra boost of energy.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">The atmosphere was electric as the P2s lined up at the starting line. There were some nervous giggles, a few competitive stretches, and a whole lot of excitement. From the moment the horn blew, the children gave it their absolute all, navigating the course around the school grounds with massive smiles on their faces.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"8\">The Hero&#8217;s Welcome<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">Crossing the finish line is a big deal when you\u2019re six or seven years old, and we made sure our runners feel like champions. Every single participant was greeted with:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Shiny Participation Medals:<\/b> To commemorate their hard work and school spirit.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Healthy Snacks &amp; Water:<\/b> To refuel those tired muscles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">High-Fives Galore:<\/b> From staff and cheering classmates.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"12\" \/>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"13\">A Huge Thank You<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\">A massive well done to all of our class for showing such <b data-path-to-node=\"14\" data-index-in-node=\"58\">resilience and sportsmanship<\/b>.
