We have had a fantastic week in room 5.<\/p>\n

This week we have been learning our addition to 20, and different ways to do these sums in our heads. We learned that you can reverse the sum to make it easier to do, (4+11 can be changed to 11+4) and we learned how to use a 100 square to help us. We also learned a new sound \u2018aw\u2019 and have been enjoying coming up with silly sentences to help us remember our words. We have picked a big question for our science topic and are looking at \u2018What is Space\u2019 and we are learning about \u2018Sustainability\u2019 for our social studies topic.<\/p>\n

Today we had a party for Halloween and enjoyed showing our costumes off to the rest of the P2\u2019s.<\/p>\n
