Yesterday afternoon Room 3 had some very exciting visitors as part of our People Who Help Us topic. We were very surprised to see  two paramedics, Sharon and Frank, who came to share more about their job and how they help people every day. They even brought an ambulance with them and we had a great time going into the vehicle and finding out about the equipment Sharon and Frank used.

Here are some comments about our learning this week:

CG –  I liked sitting on the stretcher in the ambulance. 

RC – I liked being surprised by the paramedics. 

BR – I liked doing the gymnastics for PE.

JS, ET – I liked sitting in the ambulance. 

KH – I liked doing jotter work this week.

KR – I liked hearing the siren on the ambulance. 

CW – I liked working with my friends to build our base during play.

PC – I liked when the paramedics came in.
